Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your DK Beaute experience. If a selection isn’t the right match for your routine, we are here to help.

Return Eligibility

To maintain the highest standards of hygiene and safety, we can only accept returns that meet the following criteria:

  • Window: Request must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.

  • Condition: Items must be unused, unopened,, and in their original, sealed packaging.

  • Exclusions: Final Sale items, gift cards, and promotional bundles are non-returnable.

The Return Process

  1. Request: Email rsupport@dkbeaute.com with your order number.

  2. Authorization: Our team will provide return instructions and a Return Authorization.

  3. Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

  4. Inspection: Once received, your return will be inspected within 3–5 business days.

Refunds & Restocking Fees

Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method.

Note: All eligible returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. This fee covers the specialized handling, inspection, and processing required for skincare products. This amount will be automatically deducted from your final refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us at support@dkbeaute.com within 3 days of delivery. Please include:

  • Your order number.

  • Clear photos of the product and the exterior packaging.

  • We will provide a pre-paid label and a swift replacement for any errors on our part.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking status shows "Delivered" but the package is missing:

  • Verify your shipping address and check with neighbors or building management.

  • Wait 48 hours, as carriers occasionally mark packages delivered prematurely.

  • While DK Beaute is not liable for packages once carrier delivery is confirmed, please contact us if the package remains missing so we can assist you in the next steps.
