1. Independent Reseller Status & Intellectual Property

DK Beaute is an independent reseller of luxury beauty and skincare products.

  • No Affiliation: DK Beaute is not an authorized distributor, representative, or agent of any brand sold on this website. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the manufacturers of the products we carry.

  • Trademark Use: All brand names, logos, and trademarks mentioned on this site are the property of their respective owners. We use these names solely for the nominative purpose of identifying the authentic products we are reselling, as permitted under the First Sale Doctrine and Fair Use laws.

  • Copyrighted Content: All original content on this website, including but not limited to custom product descriptions and original photography, is the intellectual property of DK Beaute. Use of our original imagery or text without written permission is strictly prohibited.

2. Product Condition & Authenticity

  • "New (Other)" Status: All products sold by DK Beaute are guaranteed to be Brand New and Factory Sealed. However, because we are an independent reseller, they are legally classified as "New (Other)."

  • Authenticity: We strictly sell genuine products sourced through secondary markets, liquidations, and private acquisitions. We do not sell counterfeits, knock-offs, or "tester" units unless explicitly marked.

3. Warranty Disclaimer

  • Manufacturer Warranty: Because DK Beaute is an independent reseller, the original manufacturer’s warranty does not apply to products purchased through our store.

  • "As-Is" Sales: All products are sold "As-Is" regarding manufacturer support. DK Beaute provides no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, beyond our own 14-day return policy (see Refund Policy).

4. Limitation of Liability

DK Beaute shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the products sold. This includes, but is not limited to, skin reactions or sensitivities. Customers are encouraged to review ingredient lists and perform patch tests as they would with any skincare purchase.

5. Compliance with Marketplace Standards

By purchasing from DK Beaute, you acknowledge that you are buying from a secondary-market curator. This transparency is provided to ensure you are fully informed of the nature of the transaction and our status as an independent entity.
