Processing Times

  • Order Processing: 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).

  • Confirmation: You’ll receive a tracking email as soon as your order leaves our boutique.

International Shipping

All international orders shipped by DK Beaute may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.

Please note:

  • Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the recipient
  • Delivery timelines provided by the carrier (including UPS) are estimates only and may be extended due to customs processing
  • DK Beaute is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections or international transit
  • We are not responsible for packages that are held, refused, or delayed due to country-specific import regulations

By placing an international order, you agree to comply with your country’s import laws and requirements. Any additional charges or documentation required for customs clearance must be handled by the recipient.

If a package is refused or cannot be delivered due to customs-related issues, shipping costs are non-refundable.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you cannot locate your package, please check with neighbors or your local carrier first. Claims for missing packages must be submitted to us within 14 days of the delivery date.
